Office building changes hands near Boston

CBRE/Melody Capital Markets recently brokered the sale of 101 Walnut St., a 94,500-square-foot office building in Watertown, Mass.

The sales price was approximately $20.2 million.

BentleyForbes sold the property to Paradigm Walnut Street LLC.

At the time of sale, the property was leased in its entirety to VHB, a civil engineering firm that redeveloped the property in 1989.

Los Angeles, CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate services firm operating worldwide.
