Real estate listings site offers self-serve ads
Tool prompts advertisers for information
By Inman News, Monday, November 21, 2005.Just Real Estate Listings, a Web site with free real estate listings, has launched a new self-service advertising module with free advertising to real estate agents and local businesses catering to new-home buyers, the company said today.
Advertisers can create a free, full-page online advertisement by following prompts, the company said. Castro Valley, Calif.-based Just Real Estate Listings offers free listings and a free data integration service that regularly updates listings from real estate and advertising content feeds.
"We are excited to launch our new self-service advertising tool. Our goal is to enrich the experience of the home buyer. Site visitors can search for properties within a targeted geographic area as well as local service providers who can help with all aspects of their purchase and move," said John Gentilin, founder and chief technology officer of Just Real Estate Listings.
The Just Real Estate Listings self-service advertising features include: an online editor that walks the advertiser through the process; a full-page online ad; the ability to target true local markets with breakdown by state, then city, then individual market areas; automated bulk advertising content updates and templates for national service providers; and links to the advertiser's Web site.
Just Real Estate Listings provides Realtors a user-friendly format for advertising their current property listings for free. Its offices are located in Princeton, N.J. and Wynnewood, Pa.
