NAI Hunneman completes New England commercial deals

NAI Hunneman Commercial has completed three leases totaling 103,245 square feet of office and industrial space and the sale of a 23,520-square-foot building at Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Mass.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

In September, NAI Hunneman Commercial brokered the sale of 84 Independence Drive, a 23,520-square-foot manufacturing/warehouse building. National Refrigeration Inc., a Warwick, R.I.-based heating & ventilating contractor, purchased the property from AP Realty Trust.

In the most recent lease, NAI Hunneman represented Ingram Micro Inc., a technology distributor based in Santa Ana, Calif., in an eight-year, 25,545-square-foot industrial and office lease at 475 Myles Standish Blvd. 

Previous to this, Excel Inc. leased a 67,500-square-foot office and distribution building at 155 Myles Standish Blvd.

Earlier, NAI Hunneman Commercial brokered a 10,200-sqaure-foot industrial lease at 580 Myles Standish Blvd. to Electronic Contract Services Inc., a startup electronics company that specializes in circuit board assembly.

Boston-based NAI Hunneman Commercial is a provider of commercial real estate services in more than 340 markets across the nation and around the world.
