Phoenix office plaza sold
Tenants include financial, insurance companies
By Inman News, Tuesday, November 15, 2005.Washington, D.C.-based Northridge Capital LLC recently acquired the 302,000-square-foot Canyon Corporate Plaza I & II office buildings in Phoenix.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The class A buildings are located at 2510 & 2512 West Dunlap Ave.
At the time of sale, the property was occupied by tenants that included American Express, Liberty Mutual and Hartford Insurance.
In addition to the two office buildings, the acquisition included a 6.5-acre parcel available for future development.
