TIC investors dump Texas mall
Space dates back to 1970s
By Inman News, Tuesday, November 8, 2005.Triple Net Properties and Trammell Crow Co. arranged the sale of the 96,423-square-foot Springtown Mall in San Marcos, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Tenant-in-common investors, who had purchased the property in December 2002, sold it to Peter A. Lamy.
Springtown Mall was built in 1974 and was remodeled in 1998-1999. At the time of sale, Springtown's tenants included JC Penney, Best Buy and Beall's.
