Colony Plaza sells in Sugar Land

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the 86,450-square-foot Colony Plaza Shopping Center in Sugar Land, Texas.

The value of the transaction was approximately $15.4 million.

The identities of the seller and buyer were not disclosed.

Built in 1998, Colony Plaza Shopping Center is located at 4555 Highway 6 on 7.6 acres.

At the time of sale, tenants included Wel-Farm Grocery, Cafe East Restaurant, Southwestern National Bank and TA Traders.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
