Warner Marketplace sells near Los Angeles
Developer unloads asset
By Inman News, Wednesday, November 9, 2005.Transwestern Commercial Services announced that its West Coast Multi Housing Capital Advisors Group has negotiated the sale of Warner Marketplace, a 160,075-square-foot power center in Woodland Hills, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $52 million.
A portfolio managed by UBS Realty Investors LLC purchased the property from Century City, Calif.-based Bisno Development. Situated on a 10.3-acre site at 6500 Canoga Ave., Warner Marketplace is anchored by many national retailers, including Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Books and Pier 1 Imports.
Transwestern Commercial Services is a full-service commercial real estate services company operating nationwide.
