Wistar Center sells on East Coast

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of the 49,163-square-foot Wistar Center in Richmond, Va.

The value of the transaction was $5.2 million.

The property is located at 8101 Staples Mill Road.

DBSI-Discovery Real Estate Services LLC purchased retail/office-service facility from JCD Properties Ltd., as an investment.

Morton G. Thalhimer Inc. is an independent real estate services company.
