Foreclosure.com launches new listing center
Realty agents can list and update REO properties online
By Inman News, Thursday, November 17, 2005.Foreclosure.com today announced its new Listing Center, a service that enables real estate agents to post and manage unlimited Real Estate Owned (REO) properties themselves.
Real estate agents can post new REO properties for sale on behalf of lenders nationwide directly to the Foreclosure.com online database by visiting http://agents.foreclosure.com/, according to Brad Geisen, president of Foreclosure.com.
Listing agents can update their existing REO listings, as well as provide photos, insert contact information, and add other details to help them sell faster.
For each listing, agents can include the property address information, specific property features, property tax roll information, photo URLs, and seller/listing contact details.
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Foreclosure.com maintains a database of residential foreclosure, preforeclosure, bankruptcy, for-sale-by-owner and tax lien listings in the United States.
