CommonHealth moves headquarters in New Jersey
Consolidates 4 sites into class A digs
By Inman News, Friday, November 4, 2005.CommonHealth LP, a healthcare communications company, has leased 166,377 square feet in Parsippany, N.J., in a deal facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield.
The company will consolidate four New Jersey locations into a new worldwide headquarters at the building.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
SJP Properties represented building owner TIAA-CREF in negotiating the long-term lease.
CommonHealth will occupy space within a 560,000-square-foot, class A office building, located at 400 Interpace Parkway. Other major tenants there include AIG, Cadbury-Adams, Daimler Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz and Factory Mutual Insurance, among others.
