Manufacturers renew space in California
Data storage co. inks Orange County lease
By Inman News, Friday, November 11, 2005.Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed three industrial lease transactions totaling 172,803 square feet in Southern California.
The total value of the transactions was $6.5 million.
In the first deal, Datalok signed a five-year lease for a 40,205-square-foot industrial building for $2.8 million. The property is located at 15551 Del Amo in Tustin.
Voit represented Datalok in the transaction, along with the lessor, Calwest Industrial Properties.
In the second transaction, Lee's Pottery Co. renewed its lease for a 113,324-square-foot manufacturing facility, which is located at 4750 Zinfandel Court in Ontario. The five-year lease renewal is valued at $2.6 million.
Voit represented Lee's Pottery Co. in the transaction, and Lee & Associates represented the lessor, The William and Maureen Vogel Trust.
In the final transaction, Quad Graphics signed a five-year lease renewal for a 19,274-square-foot industrial building for $1.1 million. Quad Graphics will continue using the building for manufacturing purposes. The property is located at 1174 North Grove St. in Anaheim.
Voit represented the lessor, Robert Stovall Family Ltd. Partnership, in the transaction. Silver Springs Realty represented Quad Graphics.
