Web site for real estate flippers launches

A new Web site capitalizing on the practice of flipping, Sell-Your-Preconstruction.com, specializing in the buying and selling of pre-construction properties nationwide, has launched, the company said Thursday.

Sell-Your-PreConstruction.com showcases properties for sale while under construction on a nationwide basis, by owner, Realtor or developer.

"Pre-construction listings cannot be advertised on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the standard service used to list and sell homes," said founder Dean Isenberg in a statement late Thursday.

"Therefore there are limited opportunities for developers, individual purchasers, investors or Realtors to advertise their client's property while under construction," Isenberg said.

Sell-Your-Preconstruction.com offers preconstruction properties international exposure while the property is being built. The company charges a one-time, flat rate of $199.99 for individual listings and $499.99 for developers, real estate agents and investors with multiple properties to sell.

For a limited time, the company is offering special incentives to list preconstruction property. Sellers can take 50 percent off the introductory fee of $199.99 by visiting the site on line and entering the promo code 19332ms.

All listings contain the sellers contact information so prospective buyers contact the seller directly.
