Joint venture acquires Denver office tower

Structure is city's newest downtown high-rise

Broadreach Capital Partners LLC and Transwestern Investment Co. LLC, in joint venture with local investor and operator Equity West Investment Partners LLC, have acquired a 642,000-square-foot office tower in Denver, Colo.

The value of the transaction was $77.7 million.

Winthrop Financial Associates sold the 43-story, class A structure located at 1999 Broadway.The property, which is serviced by 55 underground parking spaces, is the last high-rise to have been constructed in the central business district, according to a press statement.

The project is the only building in the city's central business district that benefits from a light rail stop directly across the street servicing both northbound and southbound trains, a press statement said.
