Joint venture acquires Denver office tower
Structure is city's newest downtown high-rise
By Inman News, Monday, December 5, 2005.Broadreach Capital Partners LLC and Transwestern Investment Co. LLC, in joint venture with local investor and operator Equity West Investment Partners LLC, have acquired a 642,000-square-foot office tower in Denver, Colo.
The value of the transaction was $77.7 million.
Winthrop Financial Associates sold the 43-story, class A structure located at 1999 Broadway.The property, which is serviced by 55 underground parking spaces, is the last high-rise to have been constructed in the central business district, according to a press statement.
The project is the only building in the city's central business district that benefits from a light rail stop directly across the street servicing both northbound and southbound trains, a press statement said.
