Warner Marketplace sells near Los Angeles
National retailers occupy site
By Inman News, Monday, December 5, 2005.Warner Marketplace, a 160,075-square-foot open-air shopping center, recently sold in Canoga Park, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $52 million.
Located in the San Fernando Valley, a submarket of Los Angeles, Warner Marketplace is a single-story retail center that was 100 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Borders, Pier 1 Imports, Sportsmart and BevMo. Warner Marketplace is located at 6530 Canoga Ave.
Colliers Seeley International Inc., which offers commercial real estate services throughout Southern California, represented both the buyer, UBS Realty Investors, and the seller, Bisno Development Co., in the transaction.
