Twin-tower complex sold in San Francisco
Financial, computer giants anchor site
By Inman News, Wednesday, December 28, 2005.Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of a 700,945-square-foot office complex in San Francisco.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Ellis Partners LLC sold the class A property, located at 303 Second St., to Multi-Employer Property Trust.
The twin-tower project, located in San Francisco's south financial district, is home to a host of notable tenants including HP, Wells Fargo Bank, WPP Group and Symantec. The project also includes a 358-stall secured parking garage.
Cushman & Wakefield is a privately held real estate services firm operating in 57 countries around the globe.
