Younan Properties expands in northwest Chicago

Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Younan Properties has acquired Embassy Plaza, a 140,196-square-foot office building in Schaumburg, Ill.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Built in 1986, Embassy Plaza is seven-story office building located at 1933 North Meacham Road. Glenborough Realty Trust sold the property.

At the time of sale, the property was 75 percent occupied by major tenants that include ConAgra, Bakemark Ingredients, Tellabs Operations and Bechtel Corp.
