1980s condo complex sells in the O.C.

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 100,278-square-foot Colony Park Condominium apartments in Azusa, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $22 million.

Colony Park Condominium Apartments is located at 777 South Citrus Ave. The property was built in 1988 and is situated on 4 acres.

A private investor sold the property to a California-based investment group.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
