Sportswear distributor relocates space

Quizz Sportswear Inc. has signed a lease for 91,200 square feet at 10 Kilmer Road in Edison, N.J., a warehouse distribution facility owned by ProLogis.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Quizz Sportswear is an apparel distribution company that supplies men's and women's casual clothing to department stores. The company is currently located in another Edison facility.

The 10 Kilmer Road facility is a single-story warehouse property located on 5.5 acres with immediate access to Route 27 and in close proximity to Route 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property has 16 tailgate loading doors and 22-foot clear ceilings.

Cushman & Wakefield, a privately held real estate services company operating internationally, negotiated the transaction.
