Manufacturer sells, leases back Ohio space
Multiple buildings involved in deal
By Inman News, Monday, January 23, 2006.Binswanger arranged the recent sale/leaseback of a 107,400-square-foot industrial facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The value of the transaction was approximately $4.6 million.
The two-building facility with acreage is located at 11495 Deerfield Road. The asset also features 14,600 square feet of office space.
The seller, Teleflex Systems, is a specialty engineering manufacturer headquartered in Limerick, Pa. Organized into three distinct business segments, the Commercial division produces marine, auto and industrial products; the Medical division produces surgical devices and disposable hospital supplies; and the Aerospace division produces cargo systems and repair services for airplanes.
The buyer, United Trust Fund, is headquartered in Miami, Fla., and specializes in the sale-leaseback of corporate real estate.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization with more than 160 offices worldwide.
