HouseValues adds services to HomePages
Aims to build brand awareness for agents and listings
By Inman News, Tuesday, January 3, 2006.Real estate marketing company HouseValues has added new features to its HomePages.com service that aim to build brand awareness for real estate agents and their property listings, the Kirkland, Wash., company said today.
The "Featured Agent" and "Featured Homes" exclusive advertising features are now available at HomePages.com, a national real estate Web site that combines bird's-eye views of neighborhoods with detailed home listings and community information on behalf of local sales agents. The service also offers home valuations, customized home listings alerts, and mortgage comparison shopping all in one site.
Real estate professionals who subscribe to the HomePages Showcase Marketing Package receive a full suite of online and offline marketing materials to help them win listings and drive additional visitors to their site including the "Featured Agent" and "Featured Home" advantage.

HouseValues in December announced a two-year partnership with Internet news site MSNBC.com under which MSNBC.com will feature real estate-related content and service from HomePages.com.
HouseValues (Nasdaq: SOLD) stock was trading at $12.88 this morning.
