Major building sells in western Tennessee
Wholesaler moves into space

The value of the transaction was $2.4 million.
The property, set on 35 acres at 1037 Lower Brownville Road, features 24-foot ceilings and 20,000 square feet of modern office space. The property is served by rail.
The buyer, Jackson Wholesale Hardware, purchased the property as an investment opportunity.
The seller, Wolverine Tube Inc., is headquartered in Huntsville, Ala., and is a U.S. producer of copper and copper alloy tubing for use in commercial products.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization with more than 160 offices worldwide.
