Manufacturer leases major property in Michigan
Property includes sizeable office component

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
This fully air-conditioned, one-story building features 7,713 square feet of modern office space, steel panel walls, and a 100 percent wet sprinkler system.
The landlord, Alsons Corp., inked the agreement with lessee Teleflex Systems, a specialty engineering manufacturer headquartered in Limerick, Pa. Organized into three distinct business segments, the Commercial division produces marine, auto and industrial products; the Medical division produces surgical devices and disposable hospital supplies; and the Aerospace division produces cargo systems and repair services for airplanes.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international full-service real estate organization with more than 160 offices worldwide.
