Former real estate brokerage headquarters sold
Space no longer occupied by leaseholder
By Inman News, Tuesday, February 28, 2006.On behalf of K-Line Realty, CB Richard Ellis recently completed the disposition of 535 Mountain Ave., its 145,874-square-foot former corporate headquarters in New Providence, N.J.
The value of the transaction was $20 million.
Edison, N.J.-based RCC Real Estate Holdings purchased the property, which is currently unoccupied, according to a press statement. Located in a corporate park setting, 535 Mountain features a large cafeteria, fully equipped fitness room, large floor plates, and easy access to Route 78.
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate services firm operating worldwide.
