Lyon Capital Ventures makes multifamily purchase

Lyon Capital Ventures recently entered the Atlanta multifamily market with the purchase of Spring Creek Apartments in Sandy Springs, Ga.

The value of the transaction was $98 million.

The 1,180-unit complex is located at 8085 Brandon Mill Road.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Lyon is currently under contract on several additional deals in the Atlanta market, according to a press statement.
