Apartments sell near Purdue University
Tenants-in-common entity makes investment

The value of the transaction was more than $39 million.
Built in 2002, this 360-unit community is approximately three minutes away from Purdue University and is situated adjacent to the campus golf course and a popular nature conservation area.
In this transaction, Wilkinson 1031, a TIC buyer, purchased the property from West Lafayette-based Trinitas Ventures.
Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate services firm operating worldwide.
