Faris Lee brokers first deal in South Carolina
By Inman News, Wednesday, February 1, 2006.Faris Lee Investments facilitated the sale of Anderson Station, a 248,428-square-foot shopping center in Anderson, S.C.
The value of the transaction was $30.4 million.
Built in 2001, Anderson Station, located at the intersection of Highway 76 and Highway 28, includes three buildings. The property was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants that included Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Old Navy, Pier One Imports and Party City.
Los Angeles-based SCI Real Estate Investments purchased the property from Birmingham, Ala.-based AIG Baker as a 1031 exchange.
This transaction represents Irvine, Calif.-based Faris Lee Investments' first deal in South Carolina.
