Lighting co. consolidates headquarters, distribution

Progressive Lighting has signed a 796,663-square-foot, 15-year lease at Duke Realty Corp.'s Park 85 in Braselton, Ga., marking the first transaction at the 318-acre business park Duke acquired in September.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

With its new space located at 625 Braselton Parkway, Progressive Lighting is able to consolidate its headquarters and distribution efforts from several locations in metro Atlanta. The company will occupy the building in July 2006.

"Consolidating our distribution and headquarters at Park 85 allows us to more efficiently serve our retail locations and customers across the Southeast," said Fred Lee, CEO of Progressive Lighting. "Expanding our distribution and logistics operations allows us to provide customers a greater array of products and shorter lead times for prompt, on-time delivery."
