Massive New York portfolio sold
Deal involves a dozen properties
By Inman News, Wednesday, February 8, 2006.Boston-based HRPT Properties Trust purchased 12 buildings comprising office/flex space located in the Greater Rochester and Syracuse areas of Upstate New York.
The sale price for the portfolio was $51.6 million.
The buildings total 459,512 square feet of space located in the towns of Brighton, Henrietta, Greece and Clay, N.Y.
Colliers Investment Services Group, with Moore Corporate Real Estate of Rochester, represented the sellers, whose identities were not disclosed.
