Carlsbad Executive Plaza sells for $34.3 Million

TA Associates bought Carlsbad Executive Plaza, a 133,414-square-foot, Class A multi-tenant California office project, from RREEF, a full-service real estate investment advisor, for $34.3 million.

The $34.3 million price tag was the highest ever for an office project in Carlsbad, according to Grubb & Ellis
