Class A apartments sell in Rhode Island

CB Richard Ellis/New England negotiated the sale of Cumberland Crossing, a 288-unit apartment community in Cumberland, R.I.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Cumberland Crossing is situated at the intersection of Mendon Road (Route 122) and I-295 (Exit 10). The property was built between 2000/2001 and contains 10 three-story garden-style apartment buildings, a single-story clubhouse/amenity center, and a freestanding model/maintenance shop. Unit amenities include fully applianced kitchens, central A/C, fireplaces, full-size washer and dryers in unit and patios/balconies. Other community amenities include a pool, fitness center and carports.

Cumberland Crossing LLC, a joint venture managed by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and The Dolben Co., sold the property to 100 Crossing Drive Apartments Investors LLC.
