Aliso Viejo Town Center sells
Retail center located in the O.C.
By Inman News, Tuesday, March 28, 2006.Faris Lee Investments brokered the sale of a 46,933-square-foot shopping plaza in Aliso Viejo, Calif.
The transaction was valued at $39 million.
The Shops at Aliso Viejo Town Center encompasses six one-level buildings that are connected via exterior walkways, courtyards and driveways, and are located at 26601, 26611, 26705, 26741, 26841 and 26851 Aliso Creek Road. The buildings, built in 1998, are situated on 4.2 acres, and were leased at the time of sale to retailers that included Wahoo's Fish Taco, Opah Restaurant & Bar, Daphnes's Greek Cafe, Fatburger, Golden Spoon, and Al & Ed's Autosound.
Los Angeles-based YJC Investment Group purchased the Orange County property from Leaseback Inc. and Lazares Cos., the original developers of the property.
