Commercial deal helps keep 400 Texas jobs
Manufacturer serves aerospace industry
By Inman News, Tuesday, March 14, 2006.Binswanger represented Labinal-Corinth Inc. in a five-year, 50,000-square-foot lease that will preserve 400 jobs in Corinth, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company is currently retrofitting the space at 2800 Quail Run Road to meet its operational needs. Labinal-Corinth will be assembling wire harnesses used in aerospace applications at the Quail Run Road facility.
CoServ Realty Services Corp. is the property landlord and one of the largest property owners in the city of Corinth, according to a press statement.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization with more than 160 offices.
