K. Hovnanian inks lease for regional headquarters

The Schultz Organization represented K. Hovnanian Northeast in two recent leases totaling 84,000 square feet of space in Edison, N.J.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

The first lease encompasses 57,500 square feet of office space at Raritan Plaza 1. K. Hovnanian will use the new space as its Northeast headquarters. The second lease, which totals 26,500 square feet at 135 Raritan Center Parkway, is for space that will be used for its Home Design Gallery and additional offices.

The Schultz Organization, headquartered in Woodbridge, N.J., is a real estate corporation offering services that include leasing, management, investment sales, development and consulting.
