National TV ad campaign aims to attract mortgage leads
TheLoanPage.com gets two 15-second spots on national cable networks
By Inman News, Wednesday, March 8, 2006.HouseValues has launched a national television advertising campaign for TheLoanPage.com, a national mortgage lead generation service, the Kirkland, Wash.-based company said today.
The campaign aims to drive consumers seeking home loans to TheLoanPage.com, where they can request up to four competitive bids from national lenders for home purchases as well as refinances and home equity lines of credit.
HouseValues' other real estate Web services include HouseValues.com, JustListed.com and HomePages.com. The company connects home buyers and sellers with real estate agents and mortgage lenders.
TheLoanPage.com ad campaign features two 15-second spots, which are running on national cable networks including CNN, Fox News and HGTV.
The campaign was created in conjunction with Avenue Films in Seattle, and includes two core concepts: The "needs" spot highlights various reasons consumers might take out a loan, such as purchasing a home, lowering credit card debt, making significant home repairs or financing college education. The "competition" spot demonstrates how The Loan Page matches consumers with up to four pre-qualified lenders matching their needs with the best rate.
The Loan Page network, founded in 1997, includes more than 150 local and national lenders.
