NAI BT brokers more deals near San Francisco
Space includes industrial, multifamily, office
By Inman News, Thursday, March 30, 2006.NAI BT Commercial brokered three industrial sales, one office sale and one multifamily deal totaling more than 150,000 square feet in Northern California.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
In the first deal, James and Nancy D. Hoffman sold a 32-unit apartment complex located at 400-412 Dela Vina Ave. in Monterey. The 2004 Ramirez Family Revocable Trust purchased the property for $5.5 million.
In the second deal, Legacy Partners Commercial purchased 80,000 square feet of industrial space located at 42406 Christy St. in Fremont. Christy Industrial Park sold the space for an undisclosed amount.
In the third deal, Fluoresco Lighting & Signs purchased 29,000 square feet of industrial space located at 8469 Pardee Drirve in Oakland. Ettore Properties LLC sold the asset for an undisclosed amount.
In another deal, David Co. purchased 12,500 square feet of industrial space from J.V. Cal Realty Corp. in Hayward. The two-building property is located at 1942 National Ave.
In the final transaction, Tech Soft America Inc. acquired office space totaling 9,910 square feet located at 931 Ashby Ave. in Berkeley. Fuad & Mona Ayyad sold for an undisclosed amount.
