Diesel motor dealer expands in Houston

Binswanger negotiated the sale of Dallas-based Dresser Inc.'s 183,250-square-foot industrial building in Houston, Texas.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Located at 1020 Rankin Road, the fully air-conditioned building features concrete tilt and insulated metal panel walls; ceiling heights to 28 feet clear; 26,100 square feet of two-story office space; and is rail served by MOPAC.

Dresser, which manufactures and markets highly engineered equipment to energy-related industries, sold the property to Texas Best Diesel after consolidating three facilities into one facility in Houston.

Purchasing the property due to a relocation and expansion, Texas Best Diesel sells a vast selection of trucks, tractors, buses, plus a large variety of diesel engines, transmissions, rear axle cut-offs, and other diesel parts.
