Massive Virginia mall sold

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of the 287,000-square-foot Chesapeake Crossing Shopping Center in Chesapeake, Va.

The value of the transaction was $12 million.

452 LLC purchased the retail center from FUCMS 2000-CS Crossing Shopping LLC.

The center is located at 1903-1987 Military Highway and features tenants such as Home Emporium, Big Lots, A.J. Wright, Freight Liquidators, Salvation Army and Dollar Tree.
