Haas building sells in South Florida

RJS Realty Group negotiated the sale of the 57,822-square-foot Haas Office Building in Jupiter, Fla.

The value of the transaction was approximately $18.9 million.

The eight-story building, located near the Jupiter Inlet, at the intersection of U.S Highway 1 and A1A, was built in 1981.

Glenmorris LLC, which had acquired the property in April 2001 for $7 million, sold the property to an undisclosed buyer.

RJS Realty Group, formed in 1986,  provides investment real estate advisory and brokerage services to institutional and private owners and investors.
