Suburban Mass. apartments sold

CB Richard Ellis/New England recently arranged the sale of Tatnuck Arms Apartments, a 120-unit apartment community in Worcester, Mass.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Tatnuck Associates sold the class B property to Northland Investment Corp.

Tatnuck Arms Apartments is located on Brookside Avenue just west of Tatnuck Square. It was built between 1969 and 1972 and contains five three-story, garden-style apartment buildings, situated on an 11.2-acre site. To date, more than 35 percent of the units have been fully renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms; the remaining units have received selective upgrades. Community amenities include a swimming pool, laundry facilities and storage closets.
