Injection molding plant sold in New Jersey

CB Richard Ellis this week announced it represented Duerr Tool & Die Co. Inc. in its sale of a 122,500-square-foot warehouse facility in Union, N.J.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property, located at 1135 Springfield Road North, was sold to In Toons LLC, an automotive electronics dealer. The 6-year-old warehouse facility includes 21,000 square feet of class A office space with a two-story atrium and an air-conditioned manufacturing section in the warehouse.

Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. is a commercial real estate services firm operating worldwide.
