LandAmerica to pay more than $3.5 million in Nevada probe
Will also help educate state's consumers about title insurance
By Inman News, Thursday, June 1, 2006.LandAmerica Financial Group today said it will refund some $3 million to consumers and pay a $560,280 fine as part of an agreement with the Nevada Division of Insurance to resolve the division's concerns about captive reinsurance practices.
