Former furniture plant sold in Tennessee
Massive complex set for upgrades

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The one-story property is situated on 29.3 acres at 40 Carl Kirkland Drive, and was formerly used as a furniture manufacturing plant and a distribution center. Features include ceiling heights to 34 feet clear; 3,000 square feet of modern office space; 21 dock-high doors; two drive-in doors; and one 15-ton crane.
Southwind Properties, a family-owned LLC, sold the facility to Clinton, Tenn.-based Hollingsworth Capital Partners - Ohio LLC, which plans to retrofit the property and market it for sale or lease.
