Developer sells second phase of East Coast mall
Major national retailers set to take occupancy
By Inman News, Wednesday, July 5, 2006.Spaulding & Slye negotiated the sale of Taunton Crossing, a new 84,482-square-foot retail center in Taunton, Mass.
The value of the transaction was approximately $18.3 million.
Taunton Land Development LLC sold the property to San Francisco-based RREEF, a national real estate investment advisor.
The property is located at the intersection of Route 24 & Route 140 and is fully pre-leased to nationally recognized tenants such as: TJ Maxx, Office Depot, Michaels and Pier One. It is connected to the first phase of Taunton Crossing, which includes nationally recognized restaurant tenants Olive Garden and Smokey Bones Restaurants.
