Joint venture sells Chicago-area business park

A joint venture between BPG Properties Ltd. and Bridge Development Partners LLC on Tuesday announced the sale of Wood Hill Crossings Business Park in Woodridge, Ill.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Wood Hill Crossings Business Park is a five-building, 944,656-square-foot complex. The joint venture began construction on the property late in 2002, and the fifth building will be fully built during the first quarter of 2007, according to a press statement.

San Francisco based Bristol Group Inc. purchased the center, which was 80 percent leased at closing.
