Industrial complex fills up in Central Indiana
Engine rebuilder expands space
By Inman News, Friday, July 21, 2006.CB Richard Ellis on Thursday announced it negotiated the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space in Franklin, Ind.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The space is located within the 539,000-square-foot Hurricane Industrial Complex, which is owned by a locally based company.
"This transaction is indicative of Central Indiana's growing business sector," said Ryan Beesley, industrial broker with the CB Richard Ellis Indianapolis office. "Franklin Power (which salvages and remanufactures engines) needed overflow space due to an increase in business volume."
