Applebriar sells in Northeast

CB Richard Ellis/New England recently announced the sale of Applebriar Apartments, a 164-unit apartment community located in Marlborough, Mass.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Sentinel Real Estate Corp. purchased the class A multifamily community, which is situated on Route 20.

Built in 1989 as a condominium development, Applebriar is comprised of 15 two- and three-story buildings. Applebriar offers 11 different floor plans, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath townhouses. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, heated swimming pool and business center. Apartment amenities include fully applianced kitchens with microwaves, central air conditioning, garage parking for most units and washer/dryers in all units.
