Massachusetts warehouse lease renewed

GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented PFPC in its recent lease renewal of 184,935 square feet in Lynnfield, Mass.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

PFPC, which provides mutual fund transfer services, will remain in the space at 66 & 70 Broadway for another 10 years under the agreement. PFPC occupies two warehouses at the site.
