Plastic cup maker extends lease
Solo Cup to remain at massive Midwest site
By Inman News, Thursday, September 14, 2006.Highland Park, Ill.-based Solo Cup has signed a four-year lease extension for 735,450 square feet of space in the Western Select Building in Indianapolis.
The value of the transaction was more than $6 million.
Solo Cup, which produces plastic cups, bowls, plates and utensils, will remain at 2525 North Shadeland Ave., owned by Western Select Properties LP, for an undisclosed amount of time.
