Developer sells off Met Center buildings
Six units included in deal
By Inman News, Monday, October 16, 2006.A joint venture between Pacific Coast Capital Partners, an investment firm and lender, and Triple Net Properties LLC acquired a 336,599-square-foot office/flex campus in Austin, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Met Center 4 - 9 consists of six 1-story office/flex buildings located at 8201 E. Riverside Drive and 7401 E. Ben White Blvd. Completed between 1999 and 2001, the buildings are part of the Met Center master-planned development, which includes a 1.5-mile hike-and-bike trail throughout a 20-acre greenbelt, a tennis and basketball court complex, six hotels and three restaurants.
At the time of sale, Met Center 4 - 9 was 72 percent leased. Zydeco Development sold the buildings.
