Developer sells off Met Center buildings

A joint venture between Pacific Coast Capital Partners, an investment firm and lender, and Triple Net Properties LLC acquired a 336,599-square-foot office/flex campus in Austin, Texas.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Met Center 4 - 9 consists of six 1-story office/flex buildings located at 8201 E. Riverside Drive and 7401 E. Ben White Blvd. Completed between 1999 and 2001, the buildings are part of the Met Center master-planned development, which includes a 1.5-mile hike-and-bike trail throughout a 20-acre greenbelt, a tennis and basketball court complex, six hotels and three restaurants.

At the time of sale, Met Center 4 - 9 was 72 percent leased. Zydeco Development sold the buildings.
