TIC investors buy East Coast apartments

Triple Net Properties LLC represented tenant-in-common buyers in the purchase of a 168-unit apartment community in Simpsonville, S.C.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property, Arbors at Fairview, is located at 1000 Arbor Keats Drive outside Greenville. The property is situated on approximately 16 acres of land and consists of seven three-story apartment buildings. Amenities include a fitness center, heated swimming pool, gated access, a putting green and business center. The property also includes 42 detached garages and a total of 350 parking spaces.

B&M Management sold the property, which was 99 percent occupied at the time of sale.
